It has been a very busy day for me these past few weeks and I haven't have time to be online lately to share my escapades. I went to my school last week to get a copy of my school records and as I was walking along the Adamson walkway with Jason, I started reminiscing my college days. I sounded like a tour guide as we walk our way to my university. We had to walk through the walkway because
I'm not sure where to park anymore it has been ages since I last visited the place. The only thing I remember though was my days as I walk through this walkway and my college memories. I excitedly share my college memories with him. The places where I used to eat with my friends, our "tambayan" hang out spots inside the campus, the room where we had our classes, the photocopying area of manang xerox, and other things we used to do in our little campus.. Then Jason asked me if we have a favorite place to dine in like the one's they have in his school, RODIC'S. I said yes we do! Our favorite "kainan" eatery, the "KASIYAHAN" I said. We used to have lunch in this place. And my favorite short order of all time! Chopseuy rice with egg and Tapsilog! I thought they don't serve short orders anymore so we ended up ordering the food we saw on the counter. As we eat our food, I heard someone on the next table, "ate ako chopseuy rice with egg ha"(Ms, one mixed vegetables with egg for me please). Crap!!! I didn't know.. maybe because we're both hungry that time and all I can think of is food... any food that will suffice my hunger that's why I forgot to check out the menu. Anyway, I will still have a chance next week. We'll go back to Adamson to get my school records.. So Kasiyahan, be ready for me and my chopseuy rice with egg..
Thank you for Jason for buying me my ever so handy Sony Ericsson camera phone. He's always there when I needed him! The sceneries and places I want to capture not only in my mind is just a click away if I don't have my digital cam with me. hehehehe

FRUIT STAND
(photo taken @ San Fernando Pampanga)
This photo was taken one afternoon on our way to San Fernando Pampanga to attend the town fiesta. This watermelon stand is located on the side of the road where traveller's and passers by can stop over anytime if they want to buy some fruits for "pasalubong" a gift.

MOTHER'S DAY @ MAX'S RESTAURANT
MOTHER'S DAY @ MAX'S RESTAURANT
(photo taken @ SM Bicutan, Paranaque City)
Mother's day is a day where we show our appreciation to our "nanay" moms how we love and appreciated them. We brought our nanay to Max's Restaurant last Mother's day. It's one of her favorite restaurants. Maybe because it brings a lot of special memories to her. And I think the reason why she loves eating here because it reminds her of our "tatay" dad. She used to tell us a story about her Max's moments with our dad and they had their wedding reception here 38 years ago in Max's Roxas Boulevard. Max's also brings a lot of happy memories to us. When we were kids, our "tatay" dad used to bring us at Max's near Greenbelt Ayala in Makati every Sunday. Glorietta then is called Quad and there were only a few stores and restaurants in the area and one of them is Max's. After our lunch, we go shopping for toys at The Landmark. That's one of the fondest memories we shared with our dad when he's still alive so we will forever treasure those memories.

A GOOD BREAKFAST TO START THE DAY!
KokoKrunch and Milkshake
I woke up at 4am because I feel my stomach growling for food. I didn't eat dinner last night and the little dinausaurs inside my stomach are screaming for food. So I went to check the refrigerator, got myself a milkshake and water and when I turned my head on the table I saw Koko waiving at me.. hehehe. Then, I grab a bowl and started eating. mm yumyum :)

A PIZZA A DAY KEEPS TARDINESS & ABSENTEEISM AWAY!!!
A Pizza a day keeps Tardiness and Absenteeism away!!!
We started a rule in our team that anyone who'll be late or absent will have to treat the whole team a pizza. Not just any pizza, it should be Yellow Cab pizza. We are eating pizza for our break for 4
days now because of those unfortunate people who came in late for work. I'm one of those unlucky ones who got to buy the team pizza.. hehehe. I came in late because Jason and I got a flat tire in C5 road on our way to work. We were recalling some old and unforgettable TV commercials and singing their jingles. And while I was in the middle of singing the classic song "I'm gonna knock on your door" which was used as a jingle for an old commercial "Electrolux vacuum cleaner" we heard a "burst" sound so we stopped. Then we found out that a 1-inch concrete nail got our tire flat. We really didn’t know how it happened. We're still lucky though because there's a vulcanizing shop near the area.

Definitely our “our pizza a day keeps absenteeism and tardiness away” is a very effective way of reducing our team’s tardiness and absenteeism. Apart from paying for your team ‘s pizza
whenever you’re late or absent you’ll also get deducted from your salary, a memo from your TL, a poor performance on your scorecard and a bad record for tardiness/ absenteeism in the company. We’re all looking forward for our next pizza this Monday because 4 of my teammates were late last Thursday and the rule is “1person late=1 18-inches pizza” and we can’t have 4 pizzas in one day so the three will have to wait for their turn to feed the team. Now, we’re always in a hurry to go to work because no one wants to be the one who’ll pay for the next pizza for the team. It's so lame to think that only a pizza can drive a person not to be late nor absent, but what a heck! it's so fun seeing everyone in a hurry to be on time for work and it has improve our tardiness and absenteeism in the team. Mahogany Public Market and Food Junction
We always stop by this place whenever we're in Tagaytay. This is where we take our brunch before we start our road trip. The "carinderias" (food stalls) in this town serves the best bulalo that you'll definitely enjoy. Bulalo is one of the specialties in the province of Batangas. The serving is good for 3-4 persons for only 250 pesos and is best served hot so you can enjoy the soup. Fruits like banana and pineapple are also available in your table. You can have them as desserts for free after enjoying your delicious meal.

VIETNAMESE VILLAGE
VIETNAMESE VILLAGE
Palawan
Palawan
It was past six in the afternoon and almost time for dinner but we aren’t hungry yet. After our Honda Bay tour, we decided to drop by the Vietnamese Village and try out the famous Beef Stew noodles.
It was a small village of Nguyen clan! The famous Nguyen, our bestfriends!. The Village was a project of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines . The families who lived here were war refugees. There were only 5 families left in the village now, most of them were petitioned by their relatives in the US , and some of them are now living in the city.
